Vs London Irish, 15/08/2020
Ben Spencer – An interception just four minutes into his debut saw Ben Spencer race from his own 22 to score a lovely try, untroubled by any London Irish defenders.
Tom Dunn- A line out from the 5-metre line set up a powerful rolling maul, joined by members of the back-line, which thudded over the try line. Tom Dunn’s first try of the day.
Tom Dunn- In an exact mirrored move from his first try, hooker Tom Dunn threw in at a line out on the opposite side of the pitch. The maul powered over the try line and Dunn again came up holding the ball.
Jonathan Joseph- Patient and steady attack from the Bath forwards saw the ball end up on the wing and in the hands of Jonathan Joseph, who performed a feat of acrobatics to safely put the ball down over the line.
Jack Walker- Another hooker-led try, with Jack Walker throwing in at the line-out and joining the powerful maul, which landed over the line for the fifth try of the match.

Vs Leicester Tigers 22/08/20
Will Stuart- Patience in sustained attack 5m from the Leicester line saw a surge of Bath forwards land over the line, with Will Stuart coming up with the ball from the pile of bodies.
Tom Dunn- A line-out throw from Tom Dunn was taken neatly and with the assistance of some of the backs, the maul powered over the line. Tom Dunn claimed the try.
Ruaridh McConnochie- Sideways attack grew boring for McConnochie, who cut through the Leicester defence from the 22m line, leaving three would-be tacklers clean behind him and scored his first try of rugby’s restart.
Lewis Boyce- The backs did a lot of the work in a sustained attack in mid-field, but it was a silky step and offload from Faletau that put in Lewis Boyce awayfor a run-in try.
Beno Obano- Sustained attack from the base of the ruck meant the pressure eventually told for Leicester, as the Bath forwards trundled over from within one metre. Beno Obano slammed the ball down.
Tom de Glanville- This spectacular try was finished off over the line by Tom de Glanville, but set up by Josh Matavesi, with an outrageous dummy and break from the half-way line. Josh’s smile said it all.

Tom de Glanville- A brave finish to an attack saw Tom de Glanville dive over the line in the left-hand corner, low to the ground. The tackle from Northampton in the act of scoring meant the young Bath full-back then left the field.
Ruaridh McConnochie- A mistake by Northampton led to McConnochie’s second try this August, as he juggled with a loose ball and ran in from mid-field to score a try.
