(posted 18/06/2015)
The 2015/16 season will be a special one as Bath celebrates 150 years of rugby! BRSC would like to mark this fantastic milestone in the Club’s
history by holding a special event. Further to the many expressions of
interest we received, we will host a formal dinner at Bath Racecourse.
There will be a high profile speaker from the world of rugby and we
hope to be able to share the evening with Bath players, both past and
present. This will be a special event, hopefully attended by up to 200
people, so please book this date into your diaries!

Please come along and meet fellow BBW supporters. A good opportunity to pop in for a chat and, hopefully, discuss prospects and plans for the Premiership play-offs. Also a chance to meet up with BRSC Committee and other members in a relaxed environment.
We will be providing bacon rolls, sausage rolls, tea and coffee at no cost for the first 50 people who attend - all we ask is a donation in the bucket for our charities of the year. (If numbers exceed 50 we will be applying the "When it's gone, it's gone" rule!)
Please note - the bar will be open for those who prefer something stronger on match days! Also, the Rising Sun will be serving a full match day lunch menu. Members of BRSC will receive a discount of 10% on food on production of their BRSC membership card.

We have been busy making arrangements for our annual Six Nations Forum. This year the Forum will be held after the first two rounds of fixtures, which should provide some interesting discussion points, as well as helping with predictions for the next matches.
We have again assembled a great Panel and are delighted to announce that BRSC Honorary President, Lee Mears, will join former Bath & England team mate and Bath Legend, Danny Grewcock, and International Referee and BRSC Honorary Member, Tony Spreadbury. We are also hoping to have a Welsh and/or Irish presence on the Panel - more details to follow if our ongoing negotiations are successful!
The Panel will again be chaired by renowned rugby journalist Chris Hewett of The Independent – who chaired last year's 6 Nations Forum and the previous year's Lions Forum so successfully.
