Update 28/01/13: We have received 2 positive replies to our members e-mail which we have passed on, so hopefully Graham will now go to HQ. Our thanks go out to David and John for their kind offers of help.
Dedicated Bath supporter Graham Coe from Chippenham has a request for any local rugby fan who is not going to Gloucester to watch Bath next Saturday and would like to experience the Calcutta Cup match at Twickenham instead:

Bath Supporters Travel are planning a trip to watch Bath at the RDS in Dublin on Friday 17 May should we get to the final of the Amlin Challenge Cup. See here for details and how to register your interest.
If anyone in Bath or close by can get down to the Rec tonight with a shovel etc they will be most useful ! Bath Rugby will probably need/welcome people tomorrow morning too - but they will confirm that (+ timings) later.
So check the bathrugby.com website for updates.

Thanks to all of those BRSC Members - and other supporters - who made the effort to attend despite the freezing fog, and we hope that all of you enjoyed the Christmas Quiz Night.
Thanks also to Quizmaster Dave Stock for compiling and running a most enjoyable quiz - and congratulations to 'The Salamanders' who emerged as the winners by a single point!
We would like to thank Bath Rugby for providing the Clubhouse for free.
The Committee are very disappointed that, despite our extensive efforts, not a single player attended - a 'first' in over 10 years of Quiz Night 'history'. Come on Bath Rugby - think of your loyal supporters and do better next time!

I am confident that all Members of BRSC wholeheartedly support the Recreation Ground Trust’s proposal for the future of the Recreation Ground. We all look forward to the Charity Commission’s decision after the statutory notice period expires on 30 December 2012
Your Committee strongly encourages all Members - and other Bath Rugby supporters - to comment on the Charity Commission’s Scheme during the consultation period throughout December, and to be as forthright in support of the Scheme as you are passionate about your rugby club.
To have now reached this point in the protracted history of seeking to significantly improve the facilities of the rugby arena on the Rec is undoubtedly the most progress that has been made in the professional game era.
Bath Rugby's desire to create an appropriate venue for playing and watching the highest level of English club rugby, at the Club's traditional home ground in the very centre of such an historic yet vibrant city, is shared by all of us - but it is vitally important at this critical time that we all express our fervent support so that our voice is heard.
Remember - the opportunity to take part in the process and influence this decision through the expression of your own views exists only until 30th December. If you have not already done so, please seize the moment and play your part in securing a home for our great Club that we can all be proud of, and a legacy for future generations of players and supporters to inherit.
We are privileged to have the best-located rugby ground in the world, so we should really have some first-class facilities to do justice to it. This is your chance to ensure that can happen - and soon.
To view the full Scheme details and to make your representation by the deadline of 30 December, visit the Charity Commission's website HERE.
If you live near Chippenham, join in the fun this Friday night for only £4 for BRSC Members. See Discounts page for full details of this offer.
