As t.v. has taken charge of this game, Supporters’ Club Coach travel is unable to arrange the usual Newcastle weekend – sorry!
We are however hoping to take a coach on Friday morning and return on Saturday morning. The cost of this trip will depend on the number of supporters’ interested in joining us.
We have reserved rooms in the Novotel Newcastle Airport hotel, which is close to Kingston Park.
At present the cost of this trip includes for bed/breakfast and would be: -

The Supporters' Club Coach Travel is in the process of organising a "package" to Ulster in December and Biarritz in January 2011.
Both trips will include coach to airport, flight to destination and hotel and return coach from airport to Bath.

In order to save money on postage costs, it is anticipated that new season membership cards and badges will be available to pick up at the Rec on the following occasions:
Friday August 6th, at the Final of the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Premiership Rugby 7s Series, from 6 pm until kick-off.
Saturday August 21st, at the Friendly against Edinburgh, and at the Family Fun Day afterwards, from 12 midday until kick-off, and then from 3 pm until 6 pm.
Tuesday August 24th, at the Annual Awards Supper (cards/badges will only be brought along for members attending the supper, and it will not be possible to deal with applications at the supper).
Monday September 6th, prior to the AGM.
After 6th September, any uncollected cards/badges will be posted out as normal. I will also be available to process renewal and new applications on the above occasions. All standing order applications will be processed at the start of the season as normal (many thanks to those of you who have already altered your standing order to take account of the new bank details and rates).
Please note that if you have joined the Supporters' Club since April 1st, your membership will cover the 2010/11 season, in addition to the 2009/10 season, and you will get the card and badge for the 2010/11 season without having to fill in another membership application form.
The Casting Collective supply extras for feature films and television programs and we are currently casting for a major new feature film shooting in Castle Combe in September. It will not be everyday but would involve coming to a casting in early August and then if chosen for the film being available for a fitting and then filming days in September. We are looking for a lot of people of all ages.
At this stage we can't divulge too much information about the production, but it will be a major cinema release with a famous Director and is set in World War 1 so all the men involved will need to have 1920's haircuts and all the women need to have shoulder length or longer natural hair (not dyed or highlighted).
The European Cup Fixtures have been announced. Bath start with Biarritz at home on Sunday 10th October. See Fixtures link above for full seasons dates (Those that have been published anyway)
